The Ideas Kitchen’s resident expert chef is Daniel Galmiche, executive head chef at The Vineyard restaurant attached to the five-star Relais & Châteaux spa hotel in Stockcross, near Newbury in Berkshire.
Daniel has held a Michelin star for 20 years and has appeared regularly on the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen. “Eating out is one of the greatest pleasures of life,” says Daniel, “and I have made it my mission to communicate this.”
