Correct use of the anti spark ring

Unfortunately we have had a couple of customers damage their flatbed ovens by misusing the anti spark ring. They placed the anti spark ring on the base of their oven to use in microwave mode causing damage to the base of the oven and the ring it self.

The anti spark ring is only intended for use when cooking on combination where you use metal bake ware on the wire shelf. This is to stop the oven arching as it separates metal touching metal. This is its only use. It must never be used in any other mode.
