Easter Chocolate Crunch
If the children are feeling a bit fed up with the change in the weather, why not get them baking? Get them into the spirit of Easter with our delicious Easter Chocolate Crunch! Then you can all sit back, put your feet up and enjoy the results of their efforts!
Easter Chocolate Crunch
Serves: 16
Dish: 23 x 23cm greased dish
Ingredients
125g butter
300g dark chocolate,broken into pieces
45ml golden syrup
100g Cadbury mini eggs
100g mini marshmallows
200g rich tea biscuits, crushed
Method
1. Place the butter, chocolate and syrup in a large bowl and heat on HIGH MICROWAVE for 3-4 mins or until melted. Allow to cool slightly.
2. Fold in the mini eggs, marshmallows and biscuits. Press the mixture into the dish. Decorate with some more mini eggs.
3. Chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.
4. Cut into 16 pieces.
