Which program for which bread mix

We are having quite a few customers calling the advice line asking which program they should be selecting when using bread mixes. 

When using prepared mixes where the yeast is already in the packet, use the basic bake rapid option of 1 hour 55 minutes for all varieties of bread.

Select the correct size for the quantity of mix used.

XL (Extra Large) -  600g packet

L (Large) – 500g packet

For ready prepared mixes, where the yeast is supplied separately select the program according to the type of flour mix e.g. for white and brown mixes select the basic 4 hour program.
